Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities include:

Respond to email inquiries
Respond to social media inquiries
Set up proposals for signatures
Email proposals
Draft and send follow up emails
Schedule conference calls
Light research
Engage with other brands on social media platforms
Attend conference via video for monthly/bi-weekly sync meetings
Research relevant content for social media platforms

Graphic Designer

Responsibilities include:

Knowledge and proficiency in Adobe’s Creative Cloud software, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Take direction and study requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Social Media Content Assistant

Responsibilities include:

Compile images for posts
Engage with other brands on social media platforms
Attend monthly calendar meetings via video or voice conference call
Post to social media platforms based on social media calendar
Research relevant content to share on platforms
Hashtag research

Social Media Content Manager

Responsibilities include:

Compile images for posts
Create graphics
Draft social media calendar to include developing text, hashtags, and relevant topics
Come up with content relevant to the client’s brand
Build social media campaigns
Draft an analytics document for the client

Web Designer

Responsibilities include:

Experience with WordPress is PREFERRED
Writing and editing content
Designing webpage layout
Determining technical requirements
Updating websites
Creating backup files
Solving code problems
SEO experience
