Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities include:

  • Respond to email inquiries
  • Respond to social media inquiries
  • Set up proposals for signatures
  • Email proposals
  • Draft and send follow up emails
  • Schedule conference calls
  • Light research
  • Engage with other brands on social media platforms
  • Attend conference via video for monthly/bi-weekly sync meetings
  • Research relevant content for social media platforms

Graphic Designer

Responsibilities include:

  • Knowledge and proficiency in Adobe’s Creative Cloud software, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Take direction and study requirements
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
  • Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
  • Amend designs after feedback
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Social Media Content Assistant

Responsibilities include:

  • Compile images for posts
  • Engage with other brands on social media platforms
  • Attend monthly calendar meetings via video or voice conference call
  • Post to social media platforms based on social media calendar
  • Research relevant content to share on platforms
  • Hashtag research

Social Media Content Manager

  • Compile images for posts
  • Create graphics
  • Draft social media calendar to include developing text, hashtags, and relevant topics
  • Come up with content relevant to the client’s brand
  • Build social media campaigns
  • Draft an analytics document for the client

Web Designer

  • Experience with WordPress is PREFERRED
  • Writing and editing content
